Mariusz Włodarski is a film producer and graduate of International Relations and the Łódź Film School. After working on international co-productions at Opus Film, Mariusz founded Lava Films in 2010.


Mariusz's debut production, The Here After by Magnus von Horn, premiered at Cannes (Directors’ Fortnight) in 2015, where Mariusz was also selected as a Producer on the Move.


Mariusz's credits include Sweat (Cannes 2020), Harvest (Cannes 2018), Taste of Pho (San Sebastián 2019), as well as Never Gonna Snow Again and Apples, both of which premiered at the Venice Film Festival and were national Oscar submissions for 2021.


A major success was The Girl with the Needle by Magnus von Horn — Denmark’s Oscar submission for 2025, nominated for Best International Feature Film and a Golden Globe, and awarded at Gdynia, the Polish Film Awards, and the European Film Awards.


Recent work includes Father and The Things You Kill (Oscar submissions 2026), A Pale View of Hills (Cannes 2025), The Ugly Stepsister (Sundance 2025), and Ungrateful Beings (San Sebastián 2025).

MARIJA RAZGUTĖ

  Marija Razgutė is a Lithuanian film producer and founder of the Vilnius-based production company M-Films, focused on director-driven fiction and international co-productions. Marija's recent credits include How to Divorce During the War (dir. Andrius Blaževičius), which premiered at Sundance FF 2026 and won the World Cinema Dramatic Directing Award.


Marija is also behind the debut feature The Visitor (dir. Vytautas Katkus), which won Best Director award at Karlovy Vary FF 2025, and the Ukrainian–Lithuanian co-production To the Victory! by Valentyn Vasyanovych awarded as Best Film at Toronto FF 2025. Recently, Marija also produced Marija Kavtaradze’s Slow, which premiered in the World Cinema Dramatic Competition at Sundance in 2023. A sophomore film by Karolis Kaupinis — Hunger Strike Breakfast — hit the top of Lithuanian box office in 2026. Razgutė and M-Films has been twice awarded Best Baltic Producer for Co-production at Tallinn FF PÖFF — for Slow (2023) and for Becoming (2025). Since 2024, Marija has served as a Board Member of the European Film Academy.

JONAS DORNBACH

Jonas Dornbach is a film producer, CEO and partner at Komplizen Film and Komplizen Serien (Berlin, Germany). Jonas began a career with Jonas's own company Kinoherz (2002–2009) and graduated from the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (dffb, 2006).


Since joining Komplizen Film in 2010, Jonas has produced numerous internationally acclaimed films, including Tabu (Berlinale 2012, Alfred Bauer and FIPRESCI Prizes) and Toni Erdmann (Cannes Competition 2016, multiple European and German Film Awards, nominations for the Golden Globe, César, BAFTA and Academy Award). Jonas's credits also include Western (Cannes 2017), A Fantastic Woman (Academy Award 2018), Synonyms (Golden Bear, Berlinale 2019), and the Netflix series Skylines (2019).


Recent work includes Eureka and About Dry Grasses (Cannes 2023), Maria (Venice Competition 2024), and Sentimental Value and Etty (2025). 


Jonas is a member of the ACE Network, the German, British and European Film Academy, and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

ADA SOLOMON

Ada Solomon is one of Europe’s most acclaimed producers, known for her bold curatorial vision and commitment to socially relevant cinema. With 100 films to her credit and collaboration with Radu Jude, Ivana Mladenović, Alexandru Solomon and Maren Ade, Ada’s work has earned top distinctions – from Berlinale’s Golden Bears (Bad Luck Banging, Child’s Pose) to Silver Leopards in Locarno and Best Film in Venice Orizzonti. Since founding HiFilm in 2004, Ada has worked in the film business for over 20 years, co-producing with countries like France and Germany and releasing films in 40 territories worldwide.


Ada is a recipient of the European Co-Production Award – Prix Eurimages. Currently, Ada serves as Chairperson of the European Film Academy. Beyond producing, Ada is the Head of Distribution at Parada Film, Founder of the NexT Film Festival, and teaches at the National Film School in Bucharest. Ada continues to redefine European independent cinema while serving as the National Coordinator of EAVE.

KRISTINA ÅBERG

Kristina Åberg is a film producer, CEO and executive producer, founder of the production company Atmo (1999).


Kristina Åberg has produced acclaimed films including Walad min al-Janna (2022), which premiered in the main competition at Cannes, The Nile Hilton Incident (2017), and Metropia (2009). For these works, Kristina was awarded the Guldbagge for Best Film and named Sweden’s Producer of the Year. Kristina also served as executive producer for Videocracy (2009) and produced several documentaries like Gitmo (2005).


Before founding Atmo, Kristina worked as an SVT producer and a foreign affairs reporter in the Middle East and Bosnia. Kristina holds degrees in journalism and has studied political science and business management.


Kristina served as chairman for the film producer’s section of the Swedish Film and TV Producers Association from 2010 to 2012. Kristina is currently a member of the Swedish Broadcasting Commission and a board member at the collection agency Filmproducenternas Rättighetsförening.
